Tusket Industrial Park

The Municipality of Argyle has developed an Industrial Park in Tusket which is administered by the Yarmouth Area Industrial Commission since 1990.  The contact person is Lorelei Doucette and her telephone number is (902) 648-2623.

Sewer Collection and Disposal

West Pubnico

In 1977-1978, a sanitary sewer system was installed in the village of West Pubnico.  There are approximately 540 households connected to this system which covers 8.54 km.  This service is paid for by a fixed rate, per household.

Tusket

In August of 2005 a sewer system was installed in the Tusket area.  It serves 122.5 units for both residential and commercial properties.  Residents who are connected to this sewer system are billed annually on their tax bills.

Green Acres Subdivision 

The Municipality of Argyle owns residential lots in Plymouth.
