Waived Tipping Fees Notice

Tipping Fees at the Yarmouth County Transfer Station on the Hardscratch Road are waived (no cost) for RESIDENTIAL waste for residents of the Municipality of Argyle. This does include construction and demolition debris.

Residents may drop off large items such as stoves, freezers, refrigerators, and furniture at the Transfer Station at no cost. Appliances do not need to have Freon removed.

    • Waste must be properly separated.
    • Limit of 200 kgs (440 lbs) per household per week.
