The Municipality of Argyle offers funding support to help residents participate in sport, recreation, and active living programs.

Kids First Fund of Argyle

Would your child like to participate in a sport or recreational activity, but registration costs are too high for your budget?

The Kids First Fund of Argyle is designed to assist children, youth, and families with costs associated with sport and recreation programs.

Adult Active Living Fund of Argyle

The Adult Active Living Fund of Argyle is designed to assist residents aged 17+ with costs associated with sport, recreation, and active living programs.

The objective of the program is to create opportunities for adults to stay active and involved, regardless of socio-economic background.

Other Funding Options

If you need assistance with a sport in Nova Scotia, such as soccer, baseball, hockey, or another organized sport, please use the KidSport Nova Scotia application website.

The Canadian Tire Jumpstart program also offers financial assistance for children and youth. This national program may help cover costs such as equipment, registration, and transportation.
