The Municipality of Argyle is inviting residents and community members to share their input as part of our ongoing coastal planning work.
There are several ways to participate. You can attend one of our upcoming community open houses, complete the online survey, or do both.
Preview the Coastal Planning Open House Display Boards
In preparation for our upcoming Coastal Planning Open Houses, residents are invited to review the display boards that will be available at the sessions.
The boards provide background on the Coastal Planning Project, current coastal planning in Argyle, coastal risks and community priorities, possible approaches for the future, and examples of how other coastal municipalities are responding to similar challenges.
Residents attending the open houses will also have opportunities to share their experiences, identify priorities and provide feedback that will help inform potential coastal planning approaches and recommendations for Council’s consideration.

Complete the Community Survey
Residents are also encouraged to complete the online coastal planning survey.
The survey can be completed before or after attending an open house, or on its own if you are unable to attend. You are welcome to participate in both.

Your feedback will help inform the Municipality’s ongoing coastal planning work and help us better understand the priorities and concerns of our communities.
Community Open Houses
The open houses will be drop-in sessions where residents can learn more about the project, review information and maps, ask questions, and share feedback.
