Notice of Public Hearing - April 23, 2026

The Council of Municipality of the District of Argyle will be holding a public hearing to consider the following:

De-Registration of a Municipal Heritage Property – 10 Rickers Road, Robets Island PID# 90051251

The Municipality has received an application to de-register a municipal heritage property. Under Section 16 of the Heritage Property Act, Council will be hosting a Public Hearing on the topic.

The public hearing will take place in Council Chambers at 5 Rue J. E. Hatfield Court in Tusket on Thursday, April 23, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m. All persons with an interest in these matters are invited to participate by:

• Attending the public hearing in person
